What are the opening hours of Book Your Golf?

Our online booking system is open 24 hours a week, 7 days a week.

How do you confirm my tee time?

After you have selected the golf courses you wish to play, the system will ask you earliest acceptable  and latest acceptable tee time you wish to play. This request will go to our local office who will book a time closest to what was requested and send an email confirmation with the actual times confirmed. Once you accept these times we will debit your credit card and issue the vouchers.


How will I know if I secured my tee time?

The system will send you a message as soon as all of your tee times are confirmed – you can check the status of your booking at any time by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by going to “Manage my Booking” at the top of the page.  You don’t need a password – just your email address and order number.


Is there a limit on group size?

There is no limit to the amount of people you can book for - the more the merrier! We would however advise large groups to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.


Can I book a tee time for one player?

Yes, but not all courses will accept reservations for single players Single players will have to join with others and may have to wait until a suitable slots becomes available before teeing off.


Can I pre-book golf buggies or caddies?

If Buggies are not included in the you will need to book and pay for them at the pro shop on the day of your round. If you wish us to reserve a buggy we can put in a request but they are subject to availability.


Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking at any time. Please be aware that you will be charged a cancellation fee, the amount of which will vary according to the cancellation costs we incur with suppliers and how close your cancellation is to your departure date.

  1. We generally do not levy amendment or cancellation charges prior to receiving payment for your tee times. However if you make multiple changes to a booking after we have obtained confirmation we reserve the right to levy an administration fee of EUR 10 per change per golf course.

  2. For any changes or cancellations after payment we reserve the right to levy a fee EUR 10 per person per golf course.  THIS IS IN ADDITION to any charges made by the golf course. Most courses will accept cancellations without charge up to 72 hours before the booked tee time but some courses charge 50% if cancelled between 14 to 7 days before play and 100% if cancelled within 7 days. In the event of cancelling a tee time, the golf course’s decision on how much to refund is final. 

  3. If you cancel all or part of your booking and are due a refund then we can either hold the amount in credit against future bookings or we will refund via PayPal less an administration fee of EUR 10. If you wish payment to be made direct to your bank account then we will deduct any bank charges from the amount due.


Can I change my booking?

We can change the golf course of your booking provided there is availability at the new golf course you have chosen. Please contact support by phone or email if you wish to change the booking. Please note: there may be a cancellation fee charged by the club you are cancelling. There also may be an increase in price depending on the clubs rates, time of day or the difference between weekday and weekend prices.  We will also charge an amendment fee of EUR 10 per course.


Can you provide airport transfers and transport to the golf courses?

At this moment we do not offer transfers and transport to the golf courses. But in near future we will also add this.


Can you book a self-drive car?

Do I have to pay by credit card?

We prefer to be paid by credit card as this is more secure and speeds up the process. If you wish to pay by international bank transfer then we charge EUR 10 for each transfer. We will not accept payment by bank transfers for last minute bookings (i.e bookings within 14 days).


Can I pay if I do not have a paypal account and don’t wish to join?

You do not need to have or open a PayPal account to make payment.  When you go into PayPal select “Check out as a guest” and simply enter your credit card details.


Why do I have to pay handling charges for my credit card?

All handling charges are enforced by the credit card companies and fees charged by our suppliers. There is a 4% surcharge on all bookings.



What is the dress code on the golf course?

Tailored shorts/trousers and collared shirts are generally the accepted standard; if wearing shorts, long socks are not usually necessary. Golf shoes are essential (no trainers) as most courses insist upon soft spikes. Check your golf shoes have soft spikes before you depart. If you are in any doubt you should clarify the situation with the course management in advance of your arrival.

Do I need a handicap certificate?

We strongly recommend that you carry a handicap certificate at all times as some courses will usually not allow you to play without one.
