Payment
- Your payment can be made on line by Visa or Mastercard. As a broker our partners will process the payments for you. Should you wish to pay by transfer that will not be a problem, just let us know and we will send you the necessary transfer details. Payments will usually be requested in the currency of the Country you are visiting, ie Euros in Europe and Rand in South Africa.
Changes & Cancellations
- Should you cancel 30 days before play or are considered to be a 'no shows' this will result in 100% loss of monies paid.
- If due to inclement weather you should still go to the course on your date and time of play booked, you can either see if the course can arrange your game for another day, or give you confirmation that the course is closed and that you were unable to play. If we are not charged for your round, then we will refund the money in full to you, but if we are charged because you did not go to the course and were considered a “no show” or did not get confirmation from the course that it was closed we will not be able to make any refunds.
- Any changes to your tee times are made free of charge if you are changing to a time on the same golf course.
We are not liable for
- Slow play at any golf course.
- Golf played on temporary greens and tees if we have not previously been informed of these works. Any trolley or buggy bans in force when a course makes a decision due to certain weather conditions.
- It is the responsibility of the player to be on time for their tee times, as lateness may result in the course refusing to let you play that day, this is at the discretion of the course and your green fee will be non refundable.
- Please ensure that you wear suitable golfing attire on the course, tailored shorts and golf shirts with collars are an acceptable form of dress. Should you not dress accordingly you may be prevented from starting your game and no refunds will be considered for rounds not played.
- We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your golf holiday and tee times advertised have been properly arranged and the hotels, courses, car hire and transfer companies used are reputable. However, we have no direct control over these companies and cannot be held liable for their acts or omissions. Furthermore all bookings are subject to any terms, conditions and limitation of liability of these Companies and any prices changes that may arise.
Prior to arrival date
- If requested to do so we will call and check the status of the golf course on your behalf. Should you choose for any reason not to travel, we will subject to the policy of the golf course, try and postpone your tee times and book again in the future at a time agreed. Prices supplements may be incurred depending on when you would like to re-book.
Content & Advertising
- We reserve the right to alter, amend or delete any of the information, advertisements or contents that appear on our website www.bookyourgolf.net at any time. The users have no right to make any claim against us in this respect. Prices on the site may be subject to any changes in taxation by a Sovereign state.
