The course has a natural setting, where the smell of salty air mingles with the scents of Mediterranean scrub that grows on the coast of Villasimius called, not surprisingly, Polynesia of the Mediterranean.
The par 70 and the 5418 meters length must not mislead players, imagining it as simple course, to face with superficiality, indeed, technique, precision and concentration are the three musts needed to play the course with the right spirit. The front 9 holes are a bit difficult and require a good variety of shots but the difficulties are rewarded by the spectacle offered by nature, the back nine are flatter and allow players to take a breath, and have more time to focus on the score
