La Dama de Noche Golf is the first course on the Costa del Sol Golf and in fact in Spain to stay open 24 hours a day and therefore you can play through the night if that is what makes you happy. Designed by Enrique Canales, the golf course was opened in 1991 and takes its name from the flowering shrub whose night-time fragrance is said to keep mosquitoes away. This is a nine hole golf course that can be played as a full eighteen and the big innovation here is the lighting system that enables you to play in darkness and this is strategically placed so as not to cast shadows. It is daylight quality and gives maximum visibility therefore making it easy to find your ball. If you want to play nighttime then this must be pre-booked and groups must consist of a minimum of players, and this is presently fifteen.
