This 18 hole, internationally renowned golf course sits amongst 80 hectares in the heart of great Bordeaux country, a land of heavy pine forests, spectacular sand dunes and beaches, and on the doorstep of the great wine district of Médoc.

Known as one of France's premier golf courses, Lacanau opened in 1980 and winds through both sand dunes and thick forest providing a different challenge on every hole. Reputed for the spectacular condition of its fairways and greens all year round, there are a number of interesting features including an ancient well which sits in the middle of the 18th fairway.
